Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Verify DTC U1010 is not set.
- If the DTC is set by the K9 Body Control Module or K89 Immobilizer Control Module
  Replace the K9 Body Control Module.
- If the DTC is set by the A11 Radio
  Replace the A11 Radio.
- If the DTC is set by the P16 Instrument Cluster
  Replace the P16 Instrument Cluster.
- If the DTC is set by the K71 Transmission Control Module
1. Engine running for 6 s.
2. Verify if the DTC is set.
  - If the DTC is set, refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections , to check for intermittent incident. If no intermittent issue found, replace the K71 Transmission Control Module.
  - Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
3. All OK.
- If the DTC is set by the K65 Tire Pressure Indicator Module
1. Test drive the vehicle for several minutes at a speed of 40 km/h (25 MPH) or greater.
2. Stop vehicle and verify if the DTC is set.
  - If the DTC is set, inspect the module connector for disconnection or deformation. If the connector is OK, replace the K65 Tire Pressure Indicator Module.
  - Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
3. All OK.
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
