Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side (Coupe)Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side (Convertible)
  2. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection 
    3. Fig 1: Rear Body Fuse Block Cover

  3. Remove Rear Body Fuse Block Cover (1)
  4. Loosen Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (2)
  5. Reposition Rear Body Fuse Block (3)
    6. Fig 2: Battery Hold Down Bolt

  6. Remove Battery Hold Down Bolt (2) (Qty: 2)
  7. Remove Battery Hold Down Retainer (3) (Qty: 2)
  8. Disconnect Battery Vent Tube (1) at Battery and reposition
  9. Remove Battery (4)
