Preliminary Procedure

  1. Disconnect the air cleaner resonator duct from the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the secondary air injection pump air cleaner hose from the air cleaner. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Pump Air Cleaner Hose Replacement .

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the mass airflow electrical connector.
  2. Release the retaining tabs.
