Installation Procedure

Maneuver the module past the rear impact bar.
Install the electronic parking brake control module (1) to the studs on the vehicle underbody.

Install the electronic parking brake control module bracket nuts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Connect the electronic parking brake control module electrical connector.
Install the parking brake rear cable nut (1) to the electronic parking brake control module and tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

Install the underbody rear air rear deflector. Refer to Underbody Rear Air Rear Deflector Replacement (Rear) and Underbody Rear Air Rear Deflector Replacement (Front) .
Enable the parking brake cable adjuster. Refer to Parking Brake Cable Adjuster Enabling .
Program the electronic parking brake control module. Refer to Electronic Parking Brake Control Module Programming and Setup .
