Fig 1: Water Outlet, Fasteners And Seals

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the water outlet (2) with NEW seals (3) and tighten the water outlet fasteners (1) to
10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install the radiator inlet hose (2) and the engine coolant air bleed pipe (1).
Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
