Radiator Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Remove cooling fan and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement .
3. Remove transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement .
4. Disconnect the drive motor battery coolant/air separator from the radiator. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Coolant/Air Separator Replacement .
5. Disconnect the heater vent hose from the radiator. Refer to Heater Vent Hose Replacement .
6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the engine coolant temperature sensor.
