Installation Procedure

- Lower Radiator Frame 6 - Install
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 5 - Install
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer 4 - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Connector 3 - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Connector Replacement - Radiator Side (LUV, LE2)
- Air Conditioning Condenser Seal 2 - Install
- Radiator Upper Insulator 1 - Install
- Radiator 3 - Install
- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud 2 - Install
- Radiator Bolt 1 - Install and tighten 6 N.m (53 lb in)
- Radiator Assembly 1 - Install
- Radiator Upper Bracket 2 - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LE2) <p01>
- Connect the engine coolant fan connector.
- Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe 1 @Radiator Assembly - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LE2)
- Radiator Outlet Hose 2 @Radiator Assembly - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LE2)
- Radiator Inlet Hose 2 @Radiator Assembly - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LE2)
- Radiator Surge Tank 6 - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LUV, LE2) Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LE2)
- Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler 3 - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement (LE2 MNH)
- Charge Air Cooler 3 - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement
- Air Conditioning Condenser 2 - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LE2)
- Fill and inspect the transmission fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
