Conditions for Setting the DTC

The long-term memory reset for the transmission control module has failed a non-volatile flash ROM memory checksum.
At each ignition ON, the transmission control module compares the calculated value stored in the flash ROM with the value stored in the transmission control module. If the calculated value does not agree with the stored value a checksum error is logged and DTC C0603 is set.
