Installation Procedure
- Position the front stabilizer shaft (3) on the drivetrain and front suspension frame through the left side wheel area. The right side of the shaft should pass under the crankshaft pulley.
- Install the front stabilizer shaft insulator clamps (2) and front stabilizer shaft insulator clamp nuts (1) and tighten the nuts to 37 (27 lb ft).
- Lower the engine (1) back onto the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side , and Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Right Side .
- Install the left and right lower engine mount to sub-frame retaining nuts (1). Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Left Side , and Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side .
- Connect the steering linkage outer tie rods (3) to the steering knuckles. Refer to Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement .
- Connect the front stabilizer shaft links (2) to the front stabilizer shaft. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement .
- Install the left front lower control front link (1). Refer to Front Lower Control Front Link Replacement .
- Install the front tire and wheel assemblies (1). Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
- Measure and adjust the front toe. Refer to Wheel Alignment - Steering Wheel Angle and/or Front Toe Adjustment .

CAUTION:
This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.
