Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Replacement

Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the secondary air injection pipe from the secondary air injection check valve. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Feed Tube Replacement .
1 Secondary Air Injection Check Valve Fasteners (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
22 (16 lb ft)
2 Gasket
3 Secondary Air Injection Check Valve
Procedure 
Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the secondary air injection check valve.
