Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Verify that DTC B0967 02 is not set.
- If the DTC is set
  Refer to Parking Assist Switch Malfunction .
- If the DTC is not set
Verify that B0968 01 or B0968 06 is not set.
- If the DTC is set
  Refer to Parking Assist Switch Indicator Malfunction .
- If the DTC is not set
Verify parking assist indicator turns on and off when commanding the Parking Assist Switch LED parameter On and Off with a scan tool.
- If the LED does not turn On and Off
  refer to Circuit/System testing (below) - Parking Assist Switch Indicator Malfunction .
- If the LED turns On and Off
Activate and deactivate the parking assist switch and verify the scan tool Park Assist Switch parameter changes between Active and Inactive.
- If the Parking Assist Switch parameter does not change between Active and Inactive
  refer to Circuit/System testing (below) - Parking Assist Switch Malfunction .
- If the Parking Assist Switch parameter changes between Active and Inactive
All OK.
