Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lever actuator (1) to the intake manifold runner link (2), while installing the intake manifold actuator (6) to the intake manifold (5).
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the 4 intake manifold actuator bolts (4) and tighten to 10 (89 lb in).
  3. Install the intake manifold runner link retainer (3).
  4. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
