Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
    3. Fig 1: Exhaust Pressure Sensor

  3. Remove the exhaust pressure sensor nut (1).
  4. Reposition the exhaust pressure sensor (2) to access the hose clamps.
  5. Remove the 2 clamps (4).
  6. Remove the 2 hoses (3) from the exhaust pressure sensor (2).
  7. Disconnect the wiring harness plug from exhaust pressure sensor (2).
  8. Remove the exhaust pressure sensor (2).
