Fuel Pressure Sensor Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Relieve the fuel pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief .
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
1 Fuel Pressure Sensor
CAUTION:

Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. Release the fuel pressure sensor from the retaining bracket.
  3. Remove the fuel pressure sensor from the tee fitting.
  4. Inspect the rubber O-ring seal and replace as necessary.

Tighten 
15 N.m (11 lb ft)
