Preliminary Procedures Remove the secondary air injection pump air cleaner hose. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Pump Air Cleaner Hose Replacement . Remove the secondary air injection pipe. Refer to Secondary Air Injection Pipe Replacement . Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
1	Secondary Air Injection Pump Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Secondary Air Injection Pump Nuts (Qty: 2) Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
3	Secondary Air Injection Pump Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector.
