Installation Procedure

NOTE:

The turn signal switch bracket must be pressed firmly against the steering column housing.

Slide the turn signal switch bracket (1) onto the steering column shaft ensuring it is seated and the tabs have engaged the steering column housing.
Install the windshield wiper and washer switch assembly to the signal switch bracket. Refer to Windshield Wiper and Washer Switch Replacement .
Install the turn signal headlamp dimmer switch assembly only to the turn signal switch bracket. Refer to Turn Signal Multifunction Switch Replacement .
Install the steering shaft upper bearing spring. Refer to Turn Signal Cancel Cam and Steering Shaft Upper Bearing Spring Replacement (Manual) , Turn Signal Cancel Cam and Steering Shaft Upper Bearing Spring Replacement (Telescoping) .
