Steering Column Upper Trim Cover
Procedure
Pull the tilt lever down to move the steering wheel down and out to clear the steering column housing cover.
Use a flat-bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the tabs securing the steering column upper trim cover to the lower trim cover.
