Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . Open the battery fuse block cover. Remove the battery positive fuse block cable.
1	Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
2	Battery Positive Fuse Block Cable

Open the battery fuse block cover.
Remove the battery positive fuse block cable.

Nut

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
