Remove the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement .
1 Instrument Panel Inflatable Restraint Module Bracket Nut (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  9 N.m (80 lb in)
