Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the negative cable from the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . Remove the intake manifold brace. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
1	Starter and Generator Positive Cable Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 12.5 N.m (111 lb in)
