Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the close out panel, if equipped. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  2. Remove the right side floor air outlet duct. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side (LHD) .
  3. Remove the right hand hinge panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement .

  5. Disconnect the HVAC control module electrical connectors (1).

  7. Remove the HVAC control module to HVAC module assembly retaining screws (1).
  8. Remove the HVAC control module (2) from the HVAC module assembly (3).
