Installation Procedure

  1. Install the HVAC control module (2) to the HVAC module assembly (3).
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the HVAC control module to HVAC module assembly retaining screws (1) and tighten to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Connect the HVAC control module electrical connectors (1).
  4. Install the right hand hinge panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement .
  5. Install the right side floor air outlet duct. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side (LHD) .
  6. Install the close out panel, if equipped. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  7. Perform HVAC system relearn. Refer to HVAC System Control Module Programming and Setup .
