Installation Procedure

  1. Install the instrument panel compartment lamp switch (1), listen for an audible click to confirm fitting.
  2. Close the instrument panel compartment.

  3. Connect the electrical connectors (1) to the instrument panel compartment lamp switch.

  4. Install the left instrument panel lower trim plate (1) by engaging the instrument panel lower trim plate retaining clips (2,3).
  5. Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Primary) , Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Auxiliary) .
  6. Test the operation of the instrument panel compartment lamp switch.
