Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct (4) to the vehicle.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Position the air cleaner outlet duct to air cleaner assembly clamp (3) and tighten to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
  3. Position the air cleaner outlet duct to throttle body retaining clamp (1) and tighten to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
  4. Install the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose (2) to the air cleaner outlet duct (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
