Circuit/System Verification
- Ignition ON.
- Verify that DTC C0186, C018B, C0196, C019B, or C0710 is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set
Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If none of the DTCs are set
- If any of the DTCs are set
- Verify the B99 steering wheel angle sensor is installed correctly.
- If loose or incorrect installation
Correct the installation of the component. Refer to Steering Angle Sensor Centering .
- If installed correctly
- If loose or incorrect installation
- Verify the B119 multi-axis acceleration sensor is installed correctly.
- If loose or incorrect installation
Correct the installation of the component and perform the Vehicle Yaw Sensor Replacement .
- If installed correctly
- If loose or incorrect installation
- Ignition OFF, allow the hydraulic brake pressure modulator to cool down to ambient temperature, ignition ON.
- Verify that DTC C0280 does not set while driving the vehicle under normal braking conditions.
- If the DTC sets
- Replace the K17 electronic brake control module.
- Verify the DTC does not set while driving the vehicle under normal braking conditions
- If the DTC sets, replace the Q5 brake pressure modulator.
- If the DTC does not set
- All OK.
- If the DTC does not set
- All OK.
