Circuit/System Verification

Disconnect the cordset. Verify the yellow control pilot LED and the green charge status LED are OFF.
- If either LED is ON, go to LED Circuit Testing
While observing the charge status and control pilot LED, Connect the cordset and start the vehicle high voltage battery charging. Verify the yellow control pilot LED comes on for about 5 seconds and the green charge status LED comes on within 25 seconds.
- If the yellow control pilot LED does not illuminate for about 5 seconds, go to the Control Pilot Circuit Testing .
- If the green charge status LED does not illuminate within the first 25 seconds after starting the battery charging, go to the Charge Status Circuit Testing .
