Installation Procedure

  1. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the vehicle.

  2. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the engine oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  3. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the engine oil filter adapter. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  4. Install the engine oil cooler line support clip to the engine oil cooler lines.
  5. Install the right engine splash shield. Refer to Splash Shield Replacement - Engine - Right .
  6. Install the lower air baffle. Refer to Radiator Air Baffle and Deflector Replacement - Lower .
  7. Add the proper amount of engine oil.
