Windshield Washer Pump Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the front driver side wheelhouse panel liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement . Disconnect the windshield washer pump electrical connector.
1	Windshield Washer Pump Hose Tip: Disconnect the washer pump hose from the washer pump spout.
2	Windshield Washer Pump Procedure Place a clean suitable drain pan under the washer container in order to contain the windshield washer solvent. Using two medium sized flat-bladed tools, place the tools under the washer pump and pry upward, releasing the washer pump from the washer container filter grommet. Remove the washer pump filter grommet and discard.
3	Windshield Washer Pump Filter Grommet Tip: Install a new washer pump filter grommet upon replacement of the washer pump.
