Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (w RT2) , Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (w/o RT2) .

  3. Remove the front disc brake rotor (1). Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement (LFX) , Front Brake Rotor Replacement (L99, LS3) , Front Brake Rotor Replacement (LSA) .

  4. Remove the front brake shield bolts (1).
