Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet and Outlet Duct Replacement (Inlet) or Charge Air Cooler Inlet and Outlet Duct Replacement (Outlet) .
  2. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) from the intake air valve.

    Remove the intake air valve bolts and valve.
