Installation Procedure

  1. Insert the shift lever (1) into the shift lever housing.
    2. Fig 1: View Of Shift Lever, Boot And Retaining Screws

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the shift lever retaining screw (3) and tighten to 7 N.m (62 lb in)  .
  3. Position the shift lever boot (2).
