Antenna Cable Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the left rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia/OUTLOOK with TB4) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia/OUTLOOK with TB5) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave with TB4) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave with TB5) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse with TB4) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse with TB5) . Remove the left center pillar lower garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement (Acadia, Enclave, and OUTLOOK) or Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement (Traverse) . Remove the front carpet retainer. Refer to Front Side Door Opening Floor Carpet Retainer Replacement . Remove the front floor panel carpet as needed. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement - Left Side or Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement - Right Side . Lower the rear of the headliner as needed. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the left IP outer trim cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Access Hole Cover Replacement (Acadia) or Instrument Panel Compartment Access Hole Cover Replacement (Enclave) or Instrument Panel Compartment Access Hole Cover Replacement (OUTLOOK) or Instrument Panel Compartment Access Hole Cover Replacement (Traverse) . Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .
1	Antenna Cable Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors at each end of the antenna. If the antenna cable is taped into the wiring harness then cut the ends off the old antenna and route the new antenna as close to the old one as possible using tie straps to secure the new cable.

Remove the left center pillar lower garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement (Acadia, Enclave, and OUTLOOK) or Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement (Traverse) .
Remove the front carpet retainer. Refer to Front Side Door Opening Floor Carpet Retainer Replacement .
Remove the front floor panel carpet as needed. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement - Left Side or Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement - Right Side .
Lower the rear of the headliner as needed. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
Remove the left IP outer trim cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Access Hole Cover Replacement (Acadia) or Instrument Panel Compartment Access Hole Cover Replacement (Enclave) or Instrument Panel Compartment Access Hole Cover Replacement (OUTLOOK) or Instrument Panel Compartment Access Hole Cover Replacement (Traverse) .
Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .

Antenna Cable

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connectors at each end of the antenna.
