Recirculation Actuator Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT). Remove the instrument panel (I/P) carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement . Disconnect the recirculation actuator electrical connector.
1	Recirculation Housing Screw (Qty: 4) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2	Recirculation Housing
3	Recirculation Actuator Screw (Qty: 3) Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
4	Recirculation Actuator IMPORTANT: Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control assembly while the HVAC control assembly and actuators are calibrating. If interrupted improper HVAC performance will result. Tip: Start the engine and let run for one minute to calibrate actuator.
