Lane Crossing Alerts

- The system will not give alerts under the following conditions:
- The correct turn signal is activated. An activated turn signal is interpreted as an intentional lane crossing.
- The operator makes a sharp maneuver.
- The operator makes a significant acceleration change or significant steering change during a lane crossing.
- Lane crossing alert consists of the following:
- Three chimes are activated through the vehicle audio system.
- The RTA indicator that is normally green will turn to flashing amber.
