Circuit/System Verification

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ignition ON, observe the scan tool BCM Shift Lock Solenoid Command parameter. The parameter should change from LOCK to UNLOCK when the brake pedal is depressed.
    • If not the specified parameter, replace the BCM.
  2. Press the brake pedal, the vehicle operator should be able to move the shifter lever out of the park position.
