Headlamp Capsule Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Open the hood. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Standard) or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (SS) . Disconnect the headlamp bulbs electrical connectors.
1	Lower Mounting Panel Bolts/Screw (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tip: The lower tab on the headlamp composite locks into the front end mounting panel. Release the tab prior to lifting the headlamp capsule from the mounting panel. Tighten: 4.5 N.m (40 lb in)
2	Locating Pin (Qty: 2)
3	Upper Headlamp Mounting Tab (Qty: 2) Tip: Upon reassembly of the headlamp capsule to the mounting panel, slide the tabs on the capsule up inside the locator holes then position the capsule downward.
4	Headlamp and Front End Mounting Panel
5	Headlamp Capsule Assembly Tip: Aim the headlamps after installation of a new capsule assembly. Refer to Headlamp Aiming .
