Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  3. Remove the charge air cooler outlet hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe and Outlet Pipe Replacement .
  4. Disconnect the removed electric throttle control (ETC) connector.
  5. Remove the throttle body.
