Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the center molding. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement (Five Door/Wagon) or Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement (Four Door) .

  3. Remove the screws and the audio system.
  4. Disconnect the audio system electrical connectors.
