Mode Actuator Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT). Remove the left instrument panel insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Left Side . Remove the driver knee bolster. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement . Disconnect the mode actuator electrical connector.
1	Mode Actuator Screw (Qty: 3) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2	Mode Actuator Tip: Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control assembly while the HVAC control assembly and actuators are calibrating. If interrupted improper HVAC performance will result. Refer to Control Module References for programming and set up information.

Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

Tip:

Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control assembly while the HVAC control assembly and actuators are calibrating. If interrupted improper HVAC performance will result.
