Installation Procedure

  1. Position the applique to the slots in the liftgate. Push to install the applique.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the applique retaining screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the retaining screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Connect the liftgate switch.
  4. Install the interior liftgate trim panels. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Lower) or Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Right or Left) or Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Upper) .
  5. Close the liftgate.
