Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery current sensor electrical connector (2).
  2. Remove the battery negative cable from the vehicle. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Replacement .
  3. Remove the tape (3) securing the battery current sensor (1) to the negative battery cable (4).

  4. Remove the battery current sensor (2) from the ground end of the negative battery cable (1).
