Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the antenna connector.
  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Install the electrical connector CPA.
  4. Install the digital radio receiver to the receiver bracket.
    5. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the digital radio receiver nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  6. Align the receiver and bracket assembly to the studs.
  7. Install the receiver bracket nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  8. Install the left rear compartment trim panel. Refer to Compartment Trim Panel Replacement - Rear in Body Rear End.
  9. Perform the setup procedure for the digital radio receiver. Refer to Digital Radio Receiver Setup .
