Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT: Perform the radio set up procedure for new radios. Refer to Radio Setup .
  1. Remove the HVAC control assembly. Refer to HVAC Control Assembly Replacement in HVAC Systems - Manual.
  2. Remove the drivers information center switch bank. Refer to Driver Information Center Switch Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Remove the radio screws.
  4. Pull the radio toward you.

  6. Disconnect the instrument panel (I/P) wiring harness connectors and the antenna cable connector from the radio.
  7. Remove the radio.
