Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Position the wiper blade at a mid-wipe on the windshield. Cycle the ignition key to the OFF position. Raise the wiper blade off the glass.

2	Element Assembly, Windshield Washer Tip: With a small pair of needle-nose pliers, secure the end of the wiper element and pull outward from the wiper blade claws in order to remove the element.

Preliminary Procedures

Position the wiper blade at a mid-wipe on the windshield.
Cycle the ignition key to the OFF position.
Raise the wiper blade off the glass.

Tip: With a small pair of needle-nose pliers, secure the end of the wiper element and pull outward from the wiper blade claws in order to remove the element.
