Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR .
  2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR .
  3. Remove the inside handle rod (3) by removing the rivet (5) from the inside door handle (1). Refer to DOOR HANDLE REPLACEMENT - FRONT INSIDE .
  4. Remove the front door lock (4). Refer to LOCK REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR .
  5. Unclip the handle rod retainer (2). Remove the front door inside handle rod from the door lock.
