Removal Procedure

    WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning .
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
    2. Fig 1: View of Vehicle Rollover Sensor

  2. Fold back the carpet in order to gain access to the sensor. Refer to Floor Panel Carpet Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Remove the nuts securing the rollover sensor to the floor panel.
