Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement - Upper .
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement in engine mechanical - 4.3L, or to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory , or to Drive Belt Replacement - Air Conditioning in engine mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L or to Drive Belt Replacement in engine mechanical 6.6L.
  3. Remove the power steering pump pulley using the J 25034-C  .
