Conditions for Running the DTC

The engine is cranking or running.
The Ignition 1 Signal parameter is more than 8 volts.
The IAC Position parameter is more than 2 counts.
The above conditions are met for more than 0.5 second.
DTC P0102 runs continuously once the above conditions are met.
