Installation Procedure

  1. Install the seat into the vehicle.

  2. Connect the electrical wire harness and install the push-in fastener beneath the seat.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the front seat mounting fasteners.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

    4. IMPORTANT: Verify that the shoulder belt is not twisted.
  4. Install the seat belt anchor bolt to the front seat assembly. Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Pretensioner Replacement - Front .
