Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the rear door lock with the screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the rear door lock screws to 8 N.m (71 lb in)  .

  3. Install the lock rods.
  4. Install the door seal trim. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Door .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
